Shipping policy

All orders are sent out via USPS or UPS.

We are committed to providing our customers with 100% discreet delivery at all times. 

The only details to be included on the packaging will be the recipient and the sender's details. The sender's details will be marked as coming from "Armster Development LLC". There will be no mention of shantestoychests.com on the parcel so you can be assured that your co-workers, parents or partners will not know the contents of the package.

That's right! For all orders of $55 or more, goods will be delivered at no charge. 

If you have elected to receive email notification, you will receive one email when your payment transaction has been approved and another email when your order ships. Your order will be shipped from Illinois.

Please note that estimated delivery times are based upon the time and date your order ships.

Your order will be shipped via UPS or USPS. We strive to process your order within 24 hours of it being received. This will mean delivery will typically be within 4-7 business days. In regional areas, delivery will usually take 4-10 business days however; it can sometimes be longer in remote areas. Over holiday periods and during sales promotions, this may not always be possible. If your order is delayed for any reason, we endeavor to contact you and advise you of shipping times. Of course you can always check the status of your order through the confirmation email or through the carrier site. 

We ship to post office boxes and to both private and business street addresses. Please ensure you enter your address details carefully when placing your order though as we cannot accept responsibility for extra shipping costs incurred as a result of insufficient or incorrect address information. If your parcel is returned to us because your order did not contain sufficient or complete information, one of our Customer Care Team members will contact you either by telephone or by email – whichever method you elected when you placed your order with us - however you will incur an additional postage and handling fee of $10 regardless of the value of your order. If there is no-one to accept delivery at the street address nominated in your order, the postman will take your parcel to your nearest Post Office, leaving a card at your nominated street address advising you when and where the parcel may be collected at your convenience. There is no additional charge for this service.
